摘要
目的:研究穿破石总黄酮对两种肝纤维化模型大鼠的影响。方法:Wistar大鼠分为不同浓度给药组、模型组和空白组。采用两种肝纤维化模型造模,同时给药。8周后,取大鼠血清测ALT和AST,并检测肝脏MDA、SOD的含量。结果:穿破石总黄酮能降低化学损伤模型大鼠血清中ALT和AST的活性,增加SOD活性,抑制MDA的生成。但只提高免疫型肝纤维化模型大鼠的SOD活性。结论:穿破石总黄酮可减轻CCl4所诱导化学损伤的肝纤维化模型大鼠肝损伤程度。
Objcective: To find out the effect of TFC on rat which were in different liver fibrosis.Methods: Wistar rat were divided into three groups: control group, model group, group treated with TFC.While deal with two models, gave rat total flavones i.g.After 8 weeks, serum of rat was examined for ALT and AST, live preparation was tested for the levels of MDA and SOD.Result: In groups which was induced by CCl4, TFC cut down the levels of ALT, AST and MDA, increased the activity of SOD: But can do nothing except increased the activity of SOD in groups which was induced by serum of pig. Conclusion: TFC can mitigate the liver damage of rat which was induced by CCl4.
