神经外科护士参与介入诊疗的效果研究

Study on effect of neurosurgical nurse participating in intervention diagnosis and treatment

[目的]探讨神经外科护士参与介入诊疗的护理模式及其应用效果。[方法]以2008年1月—2008年6月实施常规护理模式的79例病人为常规组,2008年7月—2009年1月实施神经外科护士参与介入诊疗模式的97例病人为实验组,对两组病人进行满意度及护理缺陷方面的分析比较。[结果]两组病人医患满意度评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),护理缺陷发生率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]神经外科护士参与介入诊疗的护理模式使整体护理服务更加合理、科学,提高了医患满意度和护理工作效率,改进了护理服务质量。

Objective：To probe into nursing model of neurosurgical nurse participating in intervention diagnosis and treatment and its applied effect. Methods： A total of 79 patients who accepted routine nursing model from January 2008 to June 2009 were selected as routine group, and another 97 patients who were given nursing model of neurosurgical nurse participating in intervention diagnosis and treatment from July 2008 to January 2009 were selected as experimental group, satisfaction degree and nursing deficit were compared between tow groups. Results： There was statistical significant difference in doctorpaitent satisfaction score of patients between both groups （P〈0.01）, and there was statistical significant difference in incidence of nursing deficit （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Nursing model of neurosurgical nurse participating in intervention diagnosis and treatment can make integrated nursing service more reasonable and scientific, and can enhance doctor- patient satisfaction degree and nursing work efficiency and quality of nursing service.
