为降低医院行政办公成本及提高工作效率,同时实现信息共享,设计实现了一种基于Web应用开发的无纸化文件传输系统,有效避免了资源浪费,节约了成本,增强了医院管理及竞争能力。

To reduce the cost of administration work, improve the efficiency of hospital, and implement information sharing, a kind of paperless documentation system that bases on WEB application and uses for documentation transmission has been designed and implemented. It avoids the waste of resource effectively, lowers the cost, and enhances the capability of management and competition of hospital.
