Research on Effect Evaluation of Hospital Information System

医院信息化建设需要不断探索、改进和创新,只有科学、全面、综合地对医院信息化做出评价,才能不断提高医院医疗和管理水平,使医院信息化建设不断向前迈进。主要从社会效益和经济效益两方面考虑,通过对大同第三人民医院问卷调查,从软硬件、门诊病人和医护人员满意度方面,对信息系统使用效果评价进行了研究。启发人们进一步做好医院信息系统建设工作。

Hospital informatization construction requires continuous exploration, improvement and innovation. Only by scientific, comprehensive and integrative evaluation of hospital informatization, can we forge ahead with hospital medical treatment and management level, contributing to a stride-forward hospital informatization construction. Two aspects as social benefit and economic benefit are mainly considered. Research is carried out on utilization effect evaluation of information system with respect to software/hardware, outpatients and satisfaction of medical staff through questionnaire survey of Datong 3rd People＇s Hospital, which enlightens people to construct the hospital information system well.
