摘要
近20年来,治疗性单克隆抗体已经成为重要的生物技术药物,具有极大的开发应用价值。目前治疗性单克隆抗体的研发技术主要有转基因小鼠、鼠源抗体改造、抗体库、杂交瘤、B细胞永生化,以及B细胞移植等平台。这些技术平台发展迅速、各具特色,为治疗性单克隆抗体的开发提供了丰富多样的研究策略。
In the last decade, therapeutic monoclonal antibodies have developed into an important kind of biotechnological drugs with great benefits and profits in clinical applications. At present, the technology in the production of therapeutic monoclonal antibodies mainly consist of transgenic mouse, reforming of murine antibody, antibody library, hybridoma, B cell immortalization, and B cell transplantation. These platforms develop rapid- ly with different technological features, and provide a variety of strategies for the development of therapeutic monoclonal antibodies.
