摘要 文中介绍通过对220 MW汽轮发电机组启动过程中产生振动情况的分析,查找出机组启动过程中发生振动的原因,并制定相应的措施和对策,以防止和避免因人员因素导致机组振动打闸停机、反复启动或引起大轴弯曲的设备损坏等事故,达到安全经济启动汽轮发电机组和机组安全经济运行的目的。 220 MW turbine-generator sets have complex structure,thick casing,long rotor and large size. Forced outage and start-up again arc usually appear in the cold start-up process because of vibration which is caused by equipment bugs or wrong operation. By analyzing impacts on vibration,which caused by factors such as temperature deference in metal,differential expansion,shape change in casing and rotor,bearing oil pressure and temperature,rotor critical speed and clearance between casing and rotor,Author found the reason of vibration of turbine-generator sets in the start-up process and gave preventing measures to avoid forced outage,start-up time again or even bowed rotor,so that reached the goal of safe and economic start-up.
