摘要
文中较全面地介绍标准电阻的几种检定方法,重点阐述了用XQJ9型直流标准电阻比较仪和2182数字纳伏表、高精密恒流源装置对1组10^(-3)Ω～10~5Ω9只标准电阻的检定及测试数据的比对结果,并指出应用恒流源、数字电压表法对标准电阻的数字化检定是完全可行的。
This article fully analyzes Several Methods for the Verification of DC Standard Resistor,it emphasizes on verification for a set of DC Standard Resistor （10^-3 Ω - 10^5 Ω） by XQJ9 comparator and device of 2182 nanovoltmeter and hight accuracy constant current source,and test data comparison.
