摘要
采用电化学测试方法,研究了在油田地面集输环境下(40-80℃、CO2饱和)A3钢在四种不同含油率(0%,10%,15%,25%)的采出液中的腐蚀特性及电化学行为。极化曲线表明:在未通CO2和饱和CO2的油水乳状液中(含油率25%),从40-70℃,随着温度的升高,腐蚀电流密度Icorr增大,80℃反而减小;在饱和CO2油水乳状液中,随着乳状液含油率的升高,Icorr减小;饱和CO2的油水乳状液中的Icorr大于未通CO2条件下油水乳状液中的Icorr;一定温度下,Icorr随着采出液含油率的增大而减小,表明原油具有一定的缓蚀作用。
The corrosion characteristics and electrochemical behaviors of A3 steel in a simulated oil well production fluid (40 - 80℃, CO2 saturated) with four different oil-beating rates (0%, 10%, 15%, 25 %) were studied using electrochemical testing. The polarization curves showed that in the oil-water emulsion (oil-bearing rate 25%) without CO2 or saturated by CO2, with the increasing temperature from 40 22, the corrosion current density Icorr increased and reached maximum at 70 22 and then reduced at 80 22. In the oil-water emulsion saturated by CO2, with the increasing oil-bearing rate, Icorr decreased. It implied that the crude oil had inhibition effect on the corrosion of A3 steel in the simulated corrosive medium.
