摘要
高校教师作为一种战略性资源,对之作有效的激励是充分发挥其人力资本的前提条件。本文从产权角度探讨了高校教师人力资本产权的内涵、界定及其激励途径。
College teachers are a strategic resource,and the effective stimulation to them is the precondition for a full display of this human capital. In the perspective of property rights,the paper discusses the implications and definition of this property right and the relevant ways of stimulation.
