摘要
目的:观察茶多酚对高血压及冠心病患者血浆前列环素及血栓素的影响。方法:将59例高血压和26例冠心病病人随机分为两组,分别予茶多酚300mg每日3次和阿司匹林80mg每日1次口服治疗。结果:治疗前后的自身对照,两组的血浆血栓素B2水平降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),6-酮-前列腺素F1α/血栓素B2比值升高(P<0.05),两组的作用相近;而6-酮-前列腺素F1α两组治疗前后比较均无明显变化(P>0.05)。对茶多酚组的26例继续治疗2周后发现此药能进一步降低血浆血栓素B2水平,提示较长期治疗可能更有意义。结论:治疗2周后茶多酚和阿司匹林在降低血栓素B2、升高6-酮-前列腺素F1α/血栓素B2比值的作用是相近的。
Objective:To evaluate the effects of tea polyphenol on plasma thromboxane and prostacyclin levels in patients with essential hypertension and coronary heart disease.Methods:Fiftynine patients with hypertension and twentysix patients with coronary heart disease were divided into 2 groups randomly.In group 1,patients were given 300 mg tea polyphenol three times one day. In group 2,patients were given 80 mg aspirin daily.Results:After 2 weeks treatment,thromboxane B2 dropped and 6ketoprostaglandin F1α/thromboxane B2 ratio increased while 6ketoprostaglandin F1α changed little in both groups.Twentysix patients in group 1 were given another 2 weeks treatment.After 4 weeks,their thromboxane B2 were lower than those after 2 weeks.Conclusion:The effect of tea polyphentol and aspirin included reducing thromboxane B2,increasing 6ketoprostaglandin F1α/thromboxane B2 ratio at the nearly extend after 2 weeks treatment.The mechanism of tea polyphenol to inhibit platelet aggregation may be associated with reducing thromboxane B2.
