河北省经济欠发达地区职业院校产学研合作教育模式初探——以承德地区为例

Cooperative Education Mode of Marketing,Teaching and Research in Vocational Colleges in Underdeveloped Areas of Hebei Province——with Chengde as an Example

河北省北部高职院校大多地处边远山区,地方经济发展相对滞后,学校产学研合作教育发展受地域各种因素的制约。承德地区职业院校采用双向联合体合作模式和多向联合体合作模式开展产学研合作教育,依托政策、行业、资源和区位优势开展产学合作。寻求政府、企业、学校之间的契合点,形成稳定有效的合作机制;探索适合本地区发展的人才培养模式;建立稳固的校内外实习基地;并成立职业教育集团,为产学研合作教育搭建新的平台。

In the north of Hebei Province, most vocational colleges are located in remote mountamous areas, where the economy lags behind, the cooperative education mode of marketing, teaching and research in those schools is held back by many factors. Some vocational colleges in Chengde adopt a two- way co-operative commonwealth to carry out cooperative education research, relying on the advantages of policy, industry, resources and location. Those schools try to seek the meeting point of government-industry-university to form stable and effective cooperative system; explore the talent training model fit for regional development; set up solid training and practicing bases both inside and outside of school; found groups of vocational education to offer a new platform for cooperative education mode.
