Rejuvenate the Logistics Industry and Promote Economic Growth

本文认为,物流业被列入十大调整振兴产业,表现出中央的高瞻远瞩和深谋远虑。调整和振兴物流业,是促进内需的有力支柱,有利于推动我国经济在全球化浪潮中增长方式的转变,也是应对世界金融、经济危机的需要。振兴物流业,第一,要做好规划,落实措施。中央提出的九项重点工程全面覆盖了当前主导物流业发展的各个方面,有关部门、地区应抓紧做好具体实施计划,并落实到各个项目。相关企业应全力实施好项目,在实施规划过程中进一步明确自己的发展方向,做强做大。第二,强化队伍建设,加大人才培养力度,提高物流产业水平。第三,加强对国际和世界各国经济社会状况及法律的研究。我国物流业要走向世界,将会遇到比制造业更多的问题,国家应在现有基础上加强信息平台建设,加大法律等方面的支持力度,企业则应努力具备运用现代信息资源的能力,提高运用信息技术的水平,加强运用信息工具的技巧,努力将自身建设成为现代化的企业。

The author believes that including the logistics industry into the restructuring and rejuvenation program of ten industries is the result of the Central Committee＇s taking a broad and long-term view. The adjustment and rejuvenation of the logistics industry is the press needs for coping with international financial crisis, is the reflection of the requirement for economic globalization, is the guarantee for the sustainable and quick development of national economy, is the effective measure for implementing the scientific outlook on development and building a harmonious socialist society. The Restructuring and Rejuvenation Program of the Logistics Industry can help support the stimulation of domestic demand, the transformation of economic growth pattem, and meeting the requirement of the development after the world financial and economic crisis. The author also puts forward some countermeasures on how to realize the rejuvenation of the logistics industry, such as doing a better job on planning and implementing, strengthening human resources related work, and strengthening research on the current situation of economy, society and law. Comparing with the development of manufacturing industry, there must be more problems in the development of the logistics industry, so, the Chinese government should strengthen the construction of information platform and give more support in terms of law, and the enterprises should improve their capabilities for the application of modem information resources and make themselves to be modernized enterprises.
