本文认为,国家《物流业调整和振兴规划》的出台绘就了我国物流业振兴的蓝图,为今后我国物流业发展提供了一个新的契机。文章指出,《物流业调整和振兴规划》有六个方面的重点和亮点:第一,首次完整、科学地提出了物流业在国民经济中的地位与作用;第二,从国家、区域、行业、企业四个层面,明确了物流业短期和中长期的十大任务;第三,重点规划了九大物流工程;第四,描绘了中国物流业点线面结合的三维空间布局;第五,明确了物流业本身的发展思路和应该达到的目标;第六,明确了物流业发展的政府作为,要求政府做好统筹协调、改革体制、完善政策、企业重组、优化布局、工程建设等方面工作,确保规划目标的实现,促进物流业健康发展。

The author believes that the introduction of the Restructuring and Rejuvenation Program of the Logistics Industry will bring us with a great future of the rejuvenation of China＇s logistics industry and bring the development of China＇s logistics industry with a new opportunity. There are six focuses and highlights in this program, such as comprehensively and scientifically putting forward the position and the role the logistics industry play in national economy for the first time, clarifying the ten task of the logistics industry in the short, medium and long run in terms of country, region, industry and enterprises, providing us with plans for the nine logistic projects, demonstrating the three-dimension arrangement of China＇s logistics industry, clarifying the way of development and the target of the development of the logistics industry, and clarifying the role the government should play in the development of logistics industry.
