物流产业集群创新机制形成的影响因素分析

Influential Factors and Political Suggestions on Promoting the Formation of Innovative Mechanism in Industrial Group of Logistics

创新机制是推动物流产业集群发展的重要动力机制。创新环境的孕育与激发、全球产业链下资源的集聚与物流需求、地方化知识的积累与快速流动、物流集群内企业之间的竞合作用、地方政府的支持、有效的集体学习机制、网络资源的开放性、物流专业人才的流动、物流企业集群的主体完备、区域产业结构的优化和产业的升级等十个方面是物流产业集群创新机制形成的重要影响因素。文章提出,推动物流产业集群创新机制的形成,保障物流产业集群的健康发展,第一,要推动区域产业结构优化与升级,打造物流产业集群创新的产业基础;第二,要融入全球供应链,拉动第三方物流需求,激发物流产业集群创新的热情;第三,要强化政府职能,构建物流产业集群创新的环境平台、产学研合作平台、政策平台以及提供从技术孵化、信息咨询、培训、金融、法律、财会、管理等服务平台,加速集群物流体系的信息化建设步伐,改善物流产业集群创新的软硬环境。

Innovative mechanism is of vital importance in promoting the industrial group of logistics. In this article, the author discusses 10 factors including the gestation and promotion of innovative environment, resource accumulation and logistics demand under global industry chain, accumulation and rapid mobilization of local knowledge, and the competition and cooperation among logistic companies within logistic group, etc., which are considered as essential influential factors in the development of innovative mechanism in logistics group. Therefore, it is necessary to promote the optimization and upgrade of regional industrial organization, which lays an foundation for innovation in industrial group; to involve in global supply chain and promote 3rd party logistics （3PL） demands, which brings innovative passion to logistic industrial group; to boost government functions, provide a platform for innovation and consummate the environment, which guarantees a benign development of logistic industrial group.
