摘要
利用体外模拟消化方法研究木聚糖酶、β-葡聚糖酶、纤维素酶、植酸酶和甘露聚糖酶5种单体酶制剂依次添加或5种单体酶制剂不同配伍比例添加对小麦基础日粮干物质和非淀粉多糖(NSP)消化率的影响。结果表明,5种单体酶制剂对提高干物质和NSP消化率具有协同效应,其不同配伍比例与日粮干物质或NSP消化率之间均呈线性关系。各回归方程如下:干物质消化率:y1=-2.75 e-2+18.5 e2x1+46.5x2+11.5 e2x3+47.8 e2x4+2.7 e2x5(R2=0.687*);可溶性NSP(SNSP)消化率:y2=-3.18 e3+19.4 e2x1+4.4 e2x2+13.6 e2x3-2.96x4+6.92 e2x5(R2=0.788*);不溶性NSP(INSP)消化率:y3=2.5+7.18 e3x1+14.18 e2x2+11.18 e2x3+4.5 e2x4+58.2x5(R2=0.763*)。最佳组合为:木聚糖酶500 U.kg-1、β-葡聚糖酶95 U.kg-1、纤维素酶33 U.kg-1、植酸酶540 U.kg-1、甘露聚糖酶115 U.kg-1。
The objectives of this study were to examine the effects of wheat-based diet supplemented with five different enzyme prep- arations (xylanase, β-glucanase, cellulase, phytase, mannase) on the digestibility of non-starch polysaccharides (NSP) by di- gestion in vitro. The five enzymes were added accumulatively into the wheat-based diet in order in the first experiment, and were added by the uniform design in the second experiment. The results of the first experiment showed that there were synergistic effects among the five enzymes. The results of the second experiment showed that there was a linear relation between the combination of the five enzymes and the digestibility of dry matter (DM) and NSP. The regression equations for the digestibility were as follows : the DM : y1 = -2. 75e-2 + 18. 5e2xl +46. 5x2 + 11.5e2x3 +47. 8e2x4 +2.7e2x5 ( R2 = 0. 687 * ) ; the soluble NSP (SNSP) y2 = -3. 18e3 + 19.4eZxl +4. 4e2x2 + 13.6e2x3-2. 96x4 +6. 92e2x5 (R2 = 0. 788 * ) ; the insoluble NSP (INSP) : Y3 = 2. 5 +7. 18e3x1 + 14. 18e2x2 + 11.18e2x3+4. 5e2x4+58.2x5 (R2 =0. 763 * ). The group 8 was the optimum combination, in which the five enzymes were as fol- lows: xylanase 500 U · kg-1, [3-glucanase 95 U · kg-1, cellulose 33 U · kg-1, phytase 540 U · kg-l and mannase 115 U · kg-1.
