COPD患者无氧阈状态下运动肺功能变化

ALTERATION OF EXERCISE TEST IN PATIENTSWITH COPD UNDER AT

目的：观察慢性阻塞性肺疾病（ＣＯＰＤ）患者无氧阈状态下运动试验反应。方法：用运动负荷递增方法（每隔２ｍｉｎ递增２５Ｗ）进行运动试验。结果：发现运动负荷达无氧阈时各指标值与其预计值比较ＶＯ２Ｌ／ｍｉｎ、ＶＯ２ｍｌ／ＨＲ、ＶＯ２ｍｌ／ＫＧ、ＭＥＴ明显降低，而ＥＱＯ２、ＥＱＣＯ２明显增高，经统计学处理有显著性差异。结论：说明ＣＯＰＤ患者因肺功能减退，呼吸储备降低。
