摘要
本文对双激盘理论的叶型重心联线的计算方法,径向平衡方程的迭代方式,进口速度场的分布情况进行改进,并将其应用到轴流风机的设计计算中。对设计的风机进行性能实验的研究,还采用数值计算的方法对风机的流动情况进行模拟。最后将三种方法得到的结果进行比较,发现双激盘理论是可以应用于弯掠叶片轴流风机设计的理论模型。
The di-actuator theory is modified at the calculation of mass center line, the iteration of radial equilibrium equation, the distribution of inlet velocity, and this theory is used into the design of axial-fan. The performance experiment has been made for this designed fan, the numerical simulation also been made for this fan model. It is proved that the di-actuator theory is a rational model for the design of axial-fan with skew-swept blade in engineering after comparison of these results of the three methods.
