摘要
在不同的喉嘴距和进出口工质参数下,实验研究了低温乏汽回收利用装置的引射性能和阻力性能。实验结果表明:进水压力和进水温度升高使引射系数减小、阻力系数增加,乏汽压力升高使引射系数增加、阻力系数减小,出水压力升高对引射系数没有影响;在本实验条件范围内,引射系数随喉嘴距的增加而增加。这些实验研究结果为该技术的进一步理论研究和实际应用奠定了基础。
The injection performance and resistance performance of the low-temperature exhaust steam reclamation device were experimentally studied, for different inlet and outlet working substance parameters and different distances between the throat and spout. The results indicated the injection coefficient decreased and the resistance coefficient increased as the inlet water pressure and temperature increased respectively. As the inlet steam pressure increased, the injection coefficient increased and the resistance coefficient decreased. The increase of outlet water pressure had no impact on the injection coefficient. The injection coefficient increased as the distances between the throat and spout increased in the range of experimental conditions. These experiment conclusions are beneficial to the developments and applications of the technology with the low-temperature exhaust steam reclamation.
