AS、VEGF在胎儿生长受限患者脐血及胎盘部位的表达及意义 被引量:1

Expression of AS and VEGF in cord blood and placenta of FGR

摘要 目的通过检测脐血与胎盘部位血管生长抑素(angiostatin,AS)、血管内皮生长因子(vascular endotrelial growtr factor,VEGF)的表达,探讨其与胎儿生长受限(fetal growth restriction,FGR)发病的关系。方法取80例产妇(正常妊娠组50例,FGR组30例)分娩后采脐血和胎盘绒毛组织,检测AS、VEGF在脐血中的水平及其在胎盘部位的表达。结果①脐血中:在FGR组AS平均水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05);VEGF平均水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。②胎盘中:在FGR组绒毛滋养细胞AS的表达强度较正常对照组显著增强(P<0.05),而VEGF的表达降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血管生长抑素(AS)与血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)浓度的变化可能在胎儿生长受限(FGR)的发病中起重要作用。 Objective: To investigate the expression of AS and VEGF in cord blood and placenta of FGR. Methods: The expression of AS and VEGF in cord blood and placenta was determined after delivery. The study group was divided into two groups : the normal late pregnant group ( n = 50 ) ; the FGR group ( n = 30). Results : ( 1 ) The intensity of AS in FGR group was significantly higher than that of the normal early pregnancy ( P 〈 0. 05) ; but the intensity of VEGF in FGR group was lower than that of the normal early pregnancy ( P 〈 0.05) ; (2) The intensity of AS immunostaining of trophoblasts in FGR group was significantly higher than that of normal late pregnant group ( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; But the intensity of VEGF immunostaining of syncytiotrophoblasts in FGR group was lower than that of the normal late pregnant group ( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion : The expression of AS and VEGF was correlated with the state of FGR.
