尿碘微量检测法及在产前检查中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的为建立一种用于孕妇常规检查的简单、微量、快速和准确尿碘定量检测。方法采集了2162名孕妇尿样,采用过硫酸铵消化—碘催化砷铈氧化还原法测定。结果平均回收率为97.0%。日间变异系数4.4%。孕妇尿碘平均值和中位数分别为213μg/L和165μg/L。结论采用的一次性塑料微量离心管,消化系统密闭,消化效率高,所有样品的消化体积始终一致,从而保证了结果的准确性,此法可用于孕妇碘营养状况评估。
