通过查阅国内外文献,概述中药代谢研究方法的现状及不足。分析模式生物斑马鱼中药代谢模型的依据,并提出该模型的建立思路与方法。模式生物斑马鱼代谢模型有望为中药代谢研究提供一种简单的、模式的、生物的、系统的、高效的新方法,对提高我国中药体内过程的研究水平,推动中药现代化进程具有重要意义。

Access to domestic and foreign literatures, the status and lack of metabolic study on Chinese materia medica （CMM） have been overviewed; The basis for establishing the zebrafish metabolic model of CMM has been analyzed; The thoughts and methods for the establishment of the model have been put forward. The metabolic model of zebrafish could be expected to provide a simple, model, biological, systematic, and efficient new method for CMM metabolic study. It is of great significance to enhance the research level of physiological disposition of CMM and to accelerate the modernization process of CMM.
