Chemical constituents in Dioscorea septemloba

目的研究绵萆薜Dioscorea septemloba的化学成分。方法用乙醇提取，石油醚、醋酸乙酯萃取，反复硅胶柱色谱技术分离纯化，根据理化性质，气质联用分析和光谱数据比较鉴定化学结构。结果分离得到13个化合物，分别鉴定为4，8-二甲基-1，7-壬二烯（Ⅰ）、5-异丙基-2，8-二甲基环癸酮（Ⅱ）、3，7-二甲基-6-辛烯-1-醇甲酯（Ⅲ）、十二酸甲酯（Ⅳ）、N，N″二硝基-1，2-环己二胺（Ⅴ）、1-辛炔-4醇（Ⅵ）、β谷甾醇（Ⅶ）、棕榈酸（Ⅷ）、豆甾醇（Ⅺ）、6，7-二羟基-2-甲氧基-1，4菲二酮（X）、薯蓣皂苷元（Ⅺ）、鲁可斯皂苷元（Ⅻ）、豆甾醇-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷（Ⅷ）。结论化合物Ⅰ～Ⅵ、Ⅸ、Ⅹ、Ⅶ、Ⅷ均为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Objective To study the chemical constituents of Dioscorea septernloba. Methods The com- pounds were isolated by GC-MS and chromatography on silica gel column and identified on the basis of physico-chemical constants and spectral analysis. Results Thirteen compounds were isolated and their structures were identified as 4, 8-dimethyl-1, 7-nonadiene （ Ⅰ ）, 5-isopropyl-2, 8-dimethylcyclodeea （ Ⅱ ）, 3, 7-dimethyl-6-octen-1-ol-formate （  ）, dodecanoic acid methyl easter （IV）, N, N＇-dinitro-1, 2 cyclo- hexanddiamine （ Ⅴ ）, 1-octyn-4-ol （ Ⅵ ）, β-sitosterol （ Ⅶ ）, palmitic acid （ Ⅷ ）, stigmasterol （ Ⅸ ）, 6, 7- dihydroxy-2-methoxy-1, 4-phenanthrenedione （ Ⅹ ）, diosgenin （Ⅺ）, ruscogenin （ Ⅶ ）, and stigmasterol- 3-O-β-D-glueoside （Ⅷ）. Conclusion Compounds Ⅰ--Ⅵ,Ⅸ, Ⅹ ,Ⅶ , and Ⅷ are obtained from this plant for the first time.
