Facing the shocks of global financial crisis and in order to stimulate economic growth, various fiscal and mon- etary policies have been adopted by governments around the world, in which tax-cut policy is an essential part. This paper gives a detailed introduction on tax-cut policy in Canada and proposes some suggestions on Chinese economic stimulus packages.
