当归对阻塞性黄疸患者围手术期的免疫调节作用

PERIOPERATIVE ACTION OF ANGELICA ON IMMUNE FUNCTION IN PATIENTS WITH OBSTRUCTIVE JAUNDICE

探讨当归对围手术期阻塞性黄疸患者的免疫调节作用。本研究用当归注射液对围手术期患者进行治疗（共14天），观察其外周血淋巴细胞IL—2活性及IL—2R表达的变化。结果表明阻塞性黄疸患者血淋巴细胞IL—2活性及IL—2R表达均明显下降。术前应用当归可以显著改善患者IL—2活性和IL—2R表达；术后继续应用能有效缓解手术介导的免疫抑制。表明当归具有改善阻塞性黄疸患者围手术期免疫功能的临床实用价值。

To study the action of angelica on immune function in patients with obstructive jaundice,we treated the patientswith angelica perioperative (total 14 days),and measured their production of IL-2 and expression of IL-2R in blood lymphocyte.The results show that:the production of IL-2 and the expression of IL-2R significantly decreased in patients with obstructivejaundice;applied before the operation,angelica can increase the production of IL-2 and the expression of IL-2R significantly. Continuously applied following the operation,angelica can also reduce operation-mediated immune supress effectively. Our experimentshows that angelica is practicable in increasing immune function of patients with obstructive jaundice perioperative.
