摘要
工业化住宅因其围护材料的革新,使用能耗远低于传统住宅,同时通过预制生产和装配式施工可大幅度缩短建造周期,提升住宅的建造效率,已在多数发达国家得到广泛应用,目前我国正在因地制宜地试点开展相关的住宅产业化工作。结合宝业集团浙江建设产业研究院有限公司开发的新型节能集成工业化住宅外墙板系统的内部水密性能研发实验,介绍该体系的组成及实验结果。
