彝药衣木锁石中微量元素的测定

Determination of Microelements in Yi-mu-suo-shi of Yi Nationality's Medicine by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry

采用火焰原子吸收光度法对彝药衣木锁石中的8种微量元素进行了测定分析,结果表明:彝药衣木锁石中的钙、镁、铁、锌、铜、锰、钴、镍的质量分数分别是3.640 0,5.190 0,0.430 0,0.0470,0.006 9,0.270 0,0.003 4,0.004 4 mg/g,加标回收率在96%-106%之间.该药物中所含的微量元素与其药理作用具有一定的相关性.

The microelements in Yi-mu-suo-shi of Yi nationality＇ s medicine were determinated by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The results indicated that the mass fractions of Ca,Mg,Fe,Zn,Cu,Mn,Co and Ni in Yi-mu-suo-shi were 3. 640 0,5. 190 0, 0.430 0,0.0470 ,0. 006 9,0. 270 0,0. 003 4 and 0. 004 4 mg/g respectively. And the recovery of standard addition was between 96%-106%. There were certain correlations between the microelements and the pharmacological action in this medicine.
