生物流化床固定化光合细菌处理含酚废水试验 被引量:5

Disposal of Phenol Wastewater with the Immobilized Photosynthetic Bacteria in the Biological Fluidized Bed

摘要 在本实验室自行研制的生物流化床中用海藻酸钠-壳聚糖-活性炭微胶囊对光合细菌进行固定,以pH、培养温度、接种量和含酚废水浓度为影响因素,以苯酚和CODC r去除率为检测指标,比较固定化光合细菌和游离态光合细菌对含酚废水的处理效果.结果表明,在生物流化床中,固定化光合细菌处理含酚废水效果优于游离态光合细菌.进一步的正交试验结果表明:影响固定化光合细菌处理含酚废水的各因素的主次关系分别为:温度>pH>接种量.在20 L生物流化床中处理7 d后,其最佳处理条件是温度为30℃,pH值为7.0,接种量为15 000颗,此时废水中苯酚去除率高达91.7%. The photosynthetic bacteria (PSB) were immobilized by the sodium alginate-chitosan-powder active carbon (SA-CA- PAC) mierocapsules in the biological fluidized bed made by our lab. The immobilized state and the free state were separately used to dispose phenol wastewater at different culture temperatures, with different culture time, inoculation quantity and phenol concentration. In the treatment process, the phenol degradation values were analyzed. The result shows that the PSB have the ability of decompounding the phenol wastewater, and the treatment effect varies under different states. Among those, the effect of immobilized PSB is better. The further orthogonal experiment indicates that the effect order of factors on the degradation rate of phenol wastewater with the immobilized one is temperature 〉 pH 〉 inoculation quantity. After the treatment of 7 days in the 20 L biologiea/fluidized bed, the best conditions are obtained, namely, the temperature is 30℃, the pH is 7.0, and the inoculation quantity is 15 000 grains. At the same time, the phenol removal rate arrives 91.7%.
