γ-干扰素抗大鼠肝纤维化的初步研究 被引量:11

摘要 目的:观察γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)的抗肝纤维化作用。方法:用二甲基亚硝胺(DMN)腹腔注射诱导大鼠肝纤维化模型,染毒开始及染毒后3周分别用IFN-γ预防和治疗肝纤维化,并与正常及染毒组比较,观察各组病理及肝纤维化程度。结果:γ-干扰素预防和治疗组肝纤维化程度明显小于染毒对照组,肝羟脯氨酸(Hyp)、血清透明质酸(HA)较染毒对照组明显降低。干扰素治疗组与预防组之间无显著差异。结论:γ-干扰素有较好的抗肝纤维化作用。 Aim: To observe the action of Gamma-Interferon (IFN-γ) on anti-hepatofibrosis in rats. Method: Using dimethylnitrosamine (DMN) produced rat model of hepatic fibrosis. In the meantime, usimg IFN-γ cured model rats in different stage. Then, observed the effects with histology technique and hepatic fibrosis indices, compared the result between themselves and with control groups (normal control group and DMN control group). Result: Compared to DMN control group, histological injury degree and collagen deposition degree in two IFN-γ groups decreased significantly, indices of hydroxyproline (Hyp) and hyaluronic acid (HA) were significant lower. No obvious different between IFN-γ prevention group and IFN-γ cure group. Conclusion: These results suggested that IFN-γ have showed better anti-hepatofibrosis effect in experimental rats.
