摘要
以往常规机组汽轮机基础一般采用精錾基础加可调垫铁布置形式,大唐潮州三百门电厂1000 MW超超临界燃煤机组汽轮机基础采用可调固定器形式。以大唐潮州三百门电厂可调固定器安装为实例,详细阐述可调固定器的结构特点以及在可调固定器的就位、调整、以及灌浆中的一些技术要求。
In general, previous turbine foundation adopted refined chiseling and adjustable-oblique plates, while 1 000 MW USC turbine in Datang Chaozhou Sanbaimen Power Plant is designed to use adjustable fixators foundation. Taking fixator assembly in Datang Chaozhan Sanbaimen Power Plant as an example, the paper describes their structural characteristic and technical requirements for positioning, adjusting and grouting.
