摘要
通过对比当前电力行业普遍应用的全过程工程造价管理模式与全新的全生命周期造价管理模式的不同特点，分析了前者的不足之处，指明今后电力工程造价管理工作中采用先进的全生命周期造价管理理论理念的必要性和可行性。
The paper compares different characters of whole-process engineering cost management mode with new full life cycle cost management mode commonly used in power industry at present, analyses the disadvantages of the former one, indicates the applicable necessity and feasibility of later theory in future power engineering east management.
