摘要
基于"绿色热处理"的概念,根据65Mn钢的CCT曲线以及传热学理论,提出了一种新型的采用内部通水冷却同时加压的模具,使锯片在模具中不与水直接接触,而是由模具内通水以带走热量,达到淬火目的,不使用热淬火油,不会污染环境。本文重点就淬火模具的冷却通道结构进行了研究设计,进行了热力学计算,测量实验锯片的硬度及其分布。
Depend on the conception of green heat treatment,according to the CCT curve of 65Mn and the theory of heat transfer,a new type of quenching mold is designed including internal cooling watercourse of pressured quenching mold.Circular saw blade is clamped by the upper and lower platen substrate of the mold,which can absorb the heat from blade.Also,the flowing water in the watercourse will speed up the cooling rate,in order to complete quenching.In this way,the recycled water instead of oil will reduce environmental pollution and waste.This article designs the structure of internal cooling watercourse of the quenching mold,and calculating hot mechanics,and also makes some involved test to improve the hardness of baldes and the scope.
