人造板施胶两流体喷嘴雾化特性实验研究

Research on wood-based panel of glue dosing atomization characteristics of the nozzles

介绍了人造板施胶用的气、液两流体雾化喷嘴的结构及工作原理,并以压缩空气和酚醛树脂胶为工质,使用激光粒度仪对两流体喷嘴的雾化特性进行实验研究,测量了不同气、液压力配比条件下胶液雾化胶滴平均直径分布情况,讨论了气、液压力对于喷嘴雾化效果的影响。

This paper introduced the two-phase fluid nozzles which are used in glue dosing of the panel production.With the working substance of air and phenolic resin,we did the experiment research of atomization characteristics of the two-phase fluid nozzles by laser particle size analyzer,measured the distribution of atomized glue grain diameter in the condition of different pressure match,and discussed the influence of the airand pressure on nozzles atomization result.
