汉诗英译中的变通——以《孔雀东南飞》的英译为例

摘要
本文以《孔雀东南飞》的英译为例，回顾这首诗的英译现状，比较汉诗英译与其它语种诗歌互译之间的差异与共性，探讨在将中国古代诗歌译成英语格律诗时应如何运用变通，以及变通的限度。
