螺杆压缩机转子动态特性仿真

摘要 针对气流噪声导致螺杆压缩机噪声严重超标的问题,采用有限元和边界元相结合的方法,分析螺杆压缩机内气体流动对螺杆振动与声辐射的影响。仿真结果表明:随着压力波动的增大,螺杆本身的变形和应力增大,噪声辐射强度增高。低于临界频率时,声辐射效率随着振动频率的增加而增加;高于临界频率时,声辐射效率趋近于1,与理论计算结果相一致。适当减小压力波动可有效降低压缩机噪声。 Aimed at addressing serious noise in screw compressor due to gas flow noise, this paper gives an analysis of effect of gas flow in screw compressor on vibration and sound radiation, based on the combined use of Finite element and boundary element. Simulation results show that screw is subjected to increasing deformation, stress and noise radiation as a result of the increasing pressure fluctuation, when lower the critical frequency, vibration frequency increases as the sound radiation efficiency increases; when higher than the critical frequency, the sound radiation efficiency stays close to 1, consistent with the theoretical calculation results. Proper reduction of pressure fluctuation helps the effective reduction of noise in compressors.
