摘要
为了保证发电用超细木粉粉碎机主轴达到精确的动平衡,针对内装式电主轴的工况条件,依据材料力学和弹性力学理论,分析电主轴的配合特性,推导出电主轴在静态和动态条件下的过盈量公式。分析表明,电主轴过盈配合量由静态分量和动态分量组成,低速时动态分量可以忽略,主轴的过盈量由静态部分确定;高速时主轴过盈量受离心力影响较大,主要由动态部分确定,离心力是影响过盈配合量的主要因素。
Targeted at ensuring the exact dynamic balance of superfine cellulosine disintegrator used in power generation, this paper featuers the theoretical formula deduced under the conditions of dynamic component and static component, as a result of the analysis for matching characteristics of the electricity spindle, aimed at operating conditions for the built-in electricity spindle and depending on theory for both mechanics of materials and elastic mechanics. The results suggest that the interference quantity is composed of static component and dynamic component. The dynamic component can be neglected in low speed situation, while the interference quantity of the electricity spindle is determined by the static component. In high speed situation, the interference quantity of the electricity spindle, subjected to a greater centrifugal force, is determined by the dynamic component. The centrifugal force acts as the most important factor influencing the interference quantity.
