基于ATmega128的钻时录井仪设计

摘要 为了改善钻井记录方式、提高测量精度,结合ATmega128 AVR高档单片机和μC/OS-Ⅱ实时操作系统,研制了HYML2007钻时录井仪。分析显示:大钩高度与滚筒旋转的转数之间不存在线性关系。采用系数修正法,可获得钻头钻进的准确深度。该录井仪测量数据准确、操作简便、工作稳定,可以极大减轻录井工人的劳动强度。 The attempt to improve the manner of recording drilling and measuring precision results in the development of HYML2007, combined with ATmega128 and μC/OS-Ⅱ. The analysis shows that height of big hook and revolution of roller proves that there is no the linearity relation and coefficient emendation allows the accurate deepness of drilling to be obtained. The recording drilling apparatus which exhibits stable performance, accurate measurement, and easy operation, is capable of greatly reducing the labor intensity of workers.
