伊顿刹车自动送钻系统

摘要 本文介绍一种新型的自动送钻系统——伊顿刹车自动送钻系统的技术性能、工作原理、结构组成和特点。该系统由软件和硬件两大部分组成,以伊顿刹车的大小气缸为控制对象,采用电控气的原理送钻,形成钻压外环与气缸压力内环组成的双闭环控制,主控钻压、辅控速度,实现了恒压送钻和对设备的安全保护。本文还将该系统与同类自动送钻系统进行了比较,总结该系统的优点和存在的不足,并提出伊顿刹车钻压优化自动送钻的改进方案。 The thesis introduces a new-type automatic bit feed system Eaton brake automatic bit feed system, its technical performances, working principles, structure composition and characteristics. The system consists of two parts: software and hardware. With the big and the small cylinders of Eaton brake as controlled objects, by adopting electro-pneumatic principles to feed bit, and achieves a double closed loop control system formed by the outer-loop of the bit pressure and the inner-loop of the cylinder pressure, the main control is the bit pressure and the auxiliary control is the speed. Thus, the bit feeding at constant pressure and the safety protection of equipment are realized. This paper also compares this system with the systems of similar kind, summarizes the strong points and the weak points of this system, and at the same time, proposes an improvement scheme of Eaton Brake Automatic Bit Feed by using bit pressure .optimization.
