摘要 本文介绍了ABB公司最新开发的基于现场总线及OPC技术的智能化马达控制中心MNSiS系统,从产品的硬件结构特点、主要功能、通讯网络结构几个主要方面进行了介绍和分析。MNSiS的结构更加模块化和标准化,使得设计和应用更加简单;采用智能传感器,从而使得一二次分离的结构增加了系统的可靠性和操作人员的安全性;采用了通用的网络设备和OPC技术,系统更具开放性;不同的上层控制管理系统可同时从MNSiS获取信息;同时满足DCS快速响应的要求以及其它上层监测系统全面信息传递的要求。 The latest development intelligent motor control center-MNSiS based on field bus and OPC technology is introduced in this paper. Its hardware structure, main functions and communication network architecture are presented and analyzed. The structure of MNSiS is modularized and standardized, so that the design and the application are simplified. The separated structure of primary and secondary parts by using the intelligent sensor is able to reinforce the system reliability and the safety of operation personnel. With the universal network equipment and OPC technology, the system is more open, from MNSiS the management systems at different upper layers can obtain information simultaneously, thus meeting the requirements of DCS quick-response and those of the complete information transferring of the other upper layer monitoring systems.
