摘要
利用蔗糖作为碳的前驱体能够成功制得Ti-B4C-C三元团聚粉。通过分析可知在Ti-B4C-蔗糖系团聚粉制备过程中最关键一步是碳化。对比不同工艺团聚粉及所得涂层成分确定蔗糖作为碳的前驱体制备Ti-B4C-C三元团聚粉的最佳工艺。
Using sucrose as raw material of C, the Ti-B4C-C agglomerate powders for reactive spray were prepared. By analysis, carbonization was the most important factor in the process of preparation of Ti-B4C-Sucrose system agglomerate powders. By experiment, the optimum process is fixed about sucrose as raw material of C, the Ti- B4C-C agglomerate powders.
