展弦比对某跨音速风扇性能影响的数值研究(英文)

摘要 使用数值模拟方法,对比研究了三个采用不同大小动叶展弦比设计得到的高负荷跨音速风扇的性能。设计方案选择的动叶展弦比分别为0.937,0.871,0.804。计算结果表明,动叶展弦比大小对风扇性能影响显著。采用较大展弦比设计的风扇具有更宽广的流量范围,但是最高效率点偏低,而且总压比范围较小。通过流场分析揭示了转子展弦比的变化会影响到气动负荷在叶展方向的分布规律。使用较大展弦比设计时,动叶顶部激波损失增加,通流能力下降。 A study on the effects of aspect ratio is presented for a transonic fan by numerical method. Three design schemes with different aspect ratios (0.937, 0.871, and 0.804) of the rotor were performed for the same aerdynamic design object. The numerical results show that the aspect ratios have significant effect on the transonic fan performance. The fan designed with higher aspect ratio has a larger flow range, but the efficiency at design point is lower and the total pressure ratio rang is narrower. The analysis of the flow fluid revealed that aspect ratio could influence the distribution of aerodynamic load along spanwise. Lower efficiency of the fan with higher aspect ratio is caused by the decrease of flow capability and the increase of shock loss at the tip region.
