摘要
合成间苯氧基苯甲醛5-甲基-4-异噁唑酰腙及其与Cu(CH3COO)2·H2O的配合物,经1H NMR、IR表征确认其结构,并测定了它们的抑菌活性。
The Cu ( Ⅱ ) complex with acylhydrazone including isoxazole group had been systhesized and characterized by infrared spectra. Their bacterio-static activities against staphylocus anteus, escherichia coil and bacillus subtillus were studied. The results indicated that the Cu ( Ⅱ ) complex were more active than the ligand.
