早期糖尿病肾病患者尿微量蛋白的改变

Changes of microproteins in urine in patients with incipient diabetic nephropathy

为研究糖尿病患者尿微量蛋白的改变及其意义，早期糖尿病肾病组（早期ＤＮ组）３９例，无肾病的糖尿病组（ＤＭ组）４６例，对照组２０例，测定２４小时尿白蛋白（Ａｌｂ）、尿免疫球蛋白Ｇ（ＩｇＧ）、尿β２—微球蛋白（β２－ＭＧ）。结果发现：早期ＤＮ组的尿白蛋白排泄率（ＵＡＥ）、尿ＩｇＧ、尿β２－ＭＧ异常增高，与ＤＭ组、对照组比较有显著性意义（Ｐ＜０．０５，Ｐ＜０．０５，Ｐ＜０．０５）。提示：糖尿病患者常规测定尿Ａｌｂ、ＩｇＧ、β２－ＭＧ，对早期ＤＮ的诊断有重大意义。
