摘要
运用文献资料法对我国体育彩票法制现状进行分析,发现我国体育彩票存在着立法层次低、法律制度不健全、政府监管乏力、体彩种类单一、发行成本较高等诸多法制弊端。针对目前我国体育彩票业的法制现状和存在的问题,提出建构体育彩票相关立法体系等法律规制模式。
By means of literature review, the authors of this article have analyzed the current legal system of sports lottery in China and noted that there exist quite a number of legal defects in sports lottery in China such as low legislative level,imperfect legal system,weak government supervision, unitary sports lottery variety and high cost of issuing. Against the current legal situation and existing problems in China＇s sports lottery industry,it is proposed that a new legal mode regarding the legal regulations of sports lottery must be constructed.
