“活血降脂胶囊”治疗高脂血症疗效观察

Observation on therapeutic efficacy of Huoxue Jiangzhi Capsule on hyperlipidemia

目的：探讨“活血降脂胶囊”治疗高脂血症的疗效。方法：将２２０例高脂血症患者随机分为治疗组１４０例和对照组８０例；用酶法测定甘油三酯（ＴＧ）和胆固醇（ＴＣ），用沉淀法测定高密度脂蛋白胆固醇；治疗方法：治疗组口服自制“活血降脂胶囊”，每次５粒（含生药０．３ｇ），每日３次；对照组口服月见草油，每次５粒，每日３次。疗程为２个月，治疗期间患者均用低脂饮食。结果：治疗组显效率与总有效率均优于对照组，Ｐ值分别为＜０．０５和Ｐ＜０．０１；治疗后２组ＴＣ、ＴＧ和ＨＤＬＣｈ改善亦均有显著性差异（Ｐ值分别＜０．０１和＜０．００１）。结论：“活血降脂胶囊”治疗高脂血症疗效较好。

Objective:To explore the therapeutic efficacy of Huoxue Jiangzhi Capsule on hyperlipidemia.Methods:Hyperlipidemia patients (n=220) were divided randomy into treatment group (n=140) and control group (n=80),the triglyceride (TG) and total cholesterol (TC) concentration were measured with enzyme assay;high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDLCh) was detected with sedimentary method.Moreover,in treatment group,the selfmade Huoxue Jiangzhi Capsule was given orally,5 pills every time (consist of herb 03 g),3 times daily;in contral group,Yuejiancao Oil was given,5 pills every time,3 times daily,2 months as a therapy course.All patients were took in hypolipid diet.Results:The obvious effective rate and effective rate in treatment group were superior to control group (P<005 and P<001).There were obvious difference of TC,TG and HDLCh level between 2 groups( P<001 and P<0001) after treatment.Conclusions:Huoxue Jiangzhi Capsule treating hyperlipidemia can reveal better therapeutic efficacy,it has a definite significance for preventing and treating cardial and cerebral vascular diseases.
