“特殊使用”类抗菌药物在我院门诊的应用情况及解决对策

Application of the Antibiotics for Special Use in Outpatients of Our Hospital and Countermeasures

目的:了解我院"特殊使用"类抗菌药物在门诊的应用情况,为我院"特殊使用"类抗菌药物的使用和管理提供依据。方法:运用回顾性调查方法,对我院2007年8月～2008年7月的门诊处方进行统计、分析。结果:在所查的253 966张处方中有519张使用了"特殊使用"类抗菌药物,使用率为0.2%。在519张处方中,不符合处方权限的有176张,占33.9%;给药方案不当的有109张,占21%;用药缺乏病原学依据的有47张,占9%;用药目的选择性不强的有51张,占10%。结论:我院门诊对"特殊使用"类抗菌药物的使用存在不合理之处,需加强管理。

OBJECTIVE： To probe into the application status of the antibiotics for special use to provide basis for their application and management. METHODS： The outpatient prescriptions from Aug. 2007 to July 2008 in our hospital were reviewed analytically. RESULTS： Of the 253 966 prescriptions reviewed, 519 （0.2 % ） prescribed the antibiotics for special use, of which, 176 （33.9%） exceeded the limit of authority for prescriptions, 109 （21%） involved improper dosage regimen, 47 （9%） lacked aetiology basis for medication, and 51 （10%） had insufficient medication purpose. CONCLUSION： The outpatient application of the antibiotics for special use is far from rational, thus it is urgent to tighten control on the antibiotics for special use.
