我院2008年第3季度门诊中成药处方分析

Analysis of Outpatient Chinese Traditional Patent Medicine Prescriptions During the Third Quarter of 2008 in Our Hospital

目的:规范处方书写,促进合理使用中成药。方法:对我院2008年7～9月的门诊中成药7 478张处方,根据卫生部、国家中医药管理局2007年颁布的《处方管理办法》中的规定进行分析。结果:合格处方7 245张,不合格处方233张,处方合格率为96.88%,符合三甲医院综合管理处方统计指标(处方合格率≥95%)的要求。结论:应使医师对中成药应用有较为深入的认识,掌握中药的辨证论治,提高处方书写质量,合理使用中成药,药学人员也应切实负责,严把处方质量关。

OBJECTIVE： To standardize the prescription writing and promote rational use of Chinese traditional patent medicines. METHODS： A total of 7 478 outpatient Chinese traditional patent drug prescriptions from July to September in 2008 were subjected to statistical analysis in accordance with ＂Prescription Management Measures＂ issued by Ministry of Health and State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2007. RESULTS： Of the total 7 478 prescriptions sampled, 7 245 （96.89 % ） were qualified versus 233 unqualified, meeting the prescription management index （prescription qualification rate ≥ 95 % ） required for 3 - A grade hospital. CONCLUSION： Physicians are required to have a good understanding of the application of Chinese traditional patent medicines, master the theory of determination of treatment based in pathogenesis obtained through differentiation of symptoms and signs in traditional Chinese medicine and improve the quality of prescription writing to achieve a rational use of Chinese traditional patent medicines. Meanwhile, pharmacist should see to the quality of prescriptions.
