注射用加替沙星及左氧氟沙星与奥硝唑葡萄糖注射液配伍稳定性考察

Stability of Gatifloxacin for Injection or Levofloxacin for Injection in Ornidazole and Glucose Injection

目的:考察注射用加替沙星及左氧氟沙星与奥硝唑葡萄糖注射液的配伍稳定性。方法:采用紫外分光光度法测定注射用加替沙星及左氧氟沙星与奥硝唑葡萄糖注射液配伍后溶液在常温下(20℃)6 h内不同时间的最大吸收峰峰位和吸收度,观察溶液的色泽并测定其pH值。结果:6 h内配伍液的吸收峰位、吸收度、色泽及pH值均无明显变化。结论:注射用加替沙星及左氧氟沙星与奥硝唑葡萄糖注射液配伍后在常温下6 h内稳定。

OBJECTIVE： To study the stability of Gatifloxacin for Injection or Levofloxacin for Injections in Ornldazole and Glucose Injection. METHODS： After mixing of Gatifloxacin for Injection or Levofloxacin for Injection with Ornidazole and Glucose Injection, the mixture stored at ordinary temperature （20℃） within 6 h were determined in respect of the maximum absorption peak and absorbance by UV spectrophotometry, and the color and pH value of the mixtures were observed. RESULTS： There were no significant changes in absorption peak, absorbance, color and pH value of the mixtures within 6 h at room temperature. CONCLUSION： Gatifloxacin for Injection or Levofloxacin for Injection was stable in Ornidazole and Glucose Injection at ordinary temperature within 6 h.
