注射用维库溴铵在利多卡因溶液中的稳定性考察

摘要 目的:考察注射用维库溴铵在2%利多卡因溶液中的稳定性。方法:采用紫外分光光度法,考察不同时间混合液中两种药物的含量及pH值,并观察外观变化。结果:在室温(25℃)条件下,0~8 h混合液外观颜色、pH值无明显变化,含量变化不大。结论:在8 h内两药混合配伍基本稳定。 OBJECTIVE: To study the stability of Vecuronium Bromide for Injection in Lydocaine solution. METHODS: The contents of Vecuronium Bromide and Lydoeaine after mixing of Vecuronium Bromide for Injection with Lydocaine solution for different time were determined by UV spectrophotometry, and the color and pH value of the mixture were recorded. RESULTS: The mixture was stable at room temperature (25℃) within 0- 8 hours. CONCLUSION: The mixture of Vecuronium Bromide for Injection and Lydocaine solution is generally stable within 8 hours.
