警示案例教育系统在护理风险管理中的应用

Application of case study warning system in nursing risk management

目的建立护理安全教育系统,提高护理工作质量,降低护理不良事件漏报率。方法建立警示案例教育系统,成立警示案例管理小组,对各种渠道收集到的护理不良事件进行分析,将案例描述、分析、改进建议以统一格式从医院网站发送到各个护士工作站,由各个护理单元组织学习、讨论。结果护理不良事件漏报率及发生率明显降低。结论建立警示案例教育系统,可以使护理不良事件信息资源共享,达到护理安全教育和管理目的。

Objective To formulate a nursing safety edueation system ,improve the quality of nursing and reduce the incidence and under - reporting rate of nursing adverse events. Method A warning case education system was formulated to encourage the nurses to report nursing adverse events voluntarily. A warning case management team was set up to analyze the reported nursing adverse events,propose improvement solutions and distribute the information to each nursing station through hospital network.and thereby to share with the information within the hospital. Result The under - reporting rate of nursing adverse events and nusing errors decreased significantly. Conclusion The warning case education system can share with the information of nursing adverse events within the hospital and achieve the aim of nursing safety education.
