The practice of nursing safety management during radiological examination for patients with mental disorders

目的分析精神疾病患者接受影像检查时的安全隐患,探讨检查时的安全防护措施,防止患者接受影像检查时发生意外。方法改善环境设施,制订安全管理流程,规范工作程序,完善应急措施,加强辅诊护士培训等。结果精神疾病患者意外发生率降低;临床医护人员的满意度由干预前80.00%提高到97.97%。结论对精神疾病患者在影像检查时采取有效的安全防护措施,可以预防意外发生。

Objective To analyze the risk factors and explore the strategies of nursing safety management during radiological examination for patients with mental disorders. Methods The measures included modifying hospital environment,formulating safety management flow,standardizing working procedure,improving emergency response system, and providing nurse training. Results After the intervention,the incidence of adverse events during radiological examination was decreased. The nurses＇ satisfaction was increased from 80.00% to 97.97%. Conclusion Taking effective safety precaution measures can prevent the adverse events during radiological examination among patients with mental disorders.
